The real question was how well did the glow work, so I gave it a few minutes light and put it in a dark room. IT WORKED GREAT!!

Every weight comes with two different colour stickers which you can use if you want. Here is a picture with tapes on them, but it was extremely bad lighting, so you do not see the real colour of the weights.
