A tough day at sea!
I looked at the blogs of the teams that fished yesterday (Sunday) and saw that it was not an easy day at sea!
There were pictures of temperatures of well below -20!! Not to mention frozen equipment, or at best coverd in ice. Boats breaking ice to get out and come back to harbour! We trollers are without doubt a crazy bunch!!
Best today as far as big fish caught was the +10kg salmon caught somewhere in Simrishamn by teams Plåten & Bistro. If I understand right these teams fished together in the same boat.
From Vänern came a report of 3 "godkända" from team Slaktarn who fished Baggerud and Team Bad Luck took 2 "godkända" but place unknown. Biggest fish caught in Vänern were Team Rö-Vitt's 8kg salmon and Källan's 8.9kg salmon which were both caught at Brommö NV.
In Vättern it was Dream Team that fished Borghamn and took home 5 "godkända".
Yes, we trollers are a crazy bunch to battle weather like this, but remember to put safety first!
